This TOUS les JOURS Franchisee Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose the personal and business-related information processed through our dedicated franchisee services and management systems, including but not limited to our mobile applications and websites (collectively, “Franchisee Systems”)
This Policy governs the processing of data when you, as a U.S.-based franchisee or corporate representative, utilize the Franchisee Systems. This includes, without limitation, activities such as store operations management, ordering and receiving, filing claims, accessing educational resources, and communicating with the corporate office through the Franchisee Systems.

• When you use the TOUS les JOURS Franchisee Systems, we, or our service providers, may collect the following categories of information:
• Identifiers: such as name, phone number, address, email address, IP address, and device identifiers.
• Store Information: Ordering, Sales, Inventory, Store operation, promotions, point-of-sale data, master data etc.
• Profile Information?
• Ownership & Usage of Operational Data: You acknowledge that "Store Information" generated through the Franchisee Systems constitutes essential data for the operation of our franchise system. While specific store sales data pertains to your franchise, we retain the right to aggregate, anonymize, and analyze this data to improve the Franchisee Systems, train AI models for demand forecasting, and create system-wide benchmarks.
• Demographic Information: such as gender and age.

• Biometric Data Disclaimer: If you use biometric authentication (e.g., Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint) to log in to the Franchisee App on your mobile device, please note that we do not collect, process, or store your biometric data. Such authentication is performed entirely locally on your device by your operating system, and we only receive a verification token confirming a successful login.

2. How We Collect Information
We collect information in the following ways:
• Directly from you: We collect identifiers, demographic information, payment information, transaction history, account login information, general or precise location, and professional/employment-related information directly from you. We collect identifiers, payment information, and transaction history when you order or purchase goods and services on our website or app.
If you create or manage a business account as a franchisee, we will collect account login information and professional/employment-related information.
If you authorize your device, we will collect general or precise location.
If you complete a survey or participate in market research, we may collect demographic data, including preferences, and additional professional/employment-related information.
• Through Tracking Technologies (e.g., Cookies): We collect usage information and demographic information through tracking technologies, such as cookies, web beacons, and pixel tags, on our websites or in emails we send. Third parties also collect usage information on our behalf when you use our website or apps. If you enablelocation-based services on your device, we may also collect general or precise location using technologies like GPS and Wi-Fi.
• From Third Parties: We collect identifiers, demographic information, professional/employment-related information, and usage information from our affiliates (e.g., CJ Group affiliates), service providers, social media platforms, and other third parties. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing and Entrusted Entities
We may outsource the processing of personal information as follows to ensuresmooth service operations and customer support:
• Details of Outsourced Tasks: Payment processing, systemoperation and maintenance, cloud service provision, customer support, marketing and promotion management, data analysis, etc.
• Entrusted Entities (Processors): CJ OliveNetworks Co., Ltd.,Woongjin Co., Ltd., Amazon Web Services, Inc., and other specialized service operation providers.
• Retention Period: Until the termination of the outsourcing contract or the fulfillment of thepurpose of collection.
(d) Legal Requirements and Government Authorities – We may disclose information if we believe that such disclosure is required by law, necessary to enforce our agreements or policies, or required to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company or others. • Payment and Transaction-Related Information: Retained for 5 years in accordance with relevant laws, such as tax laws.
• Customer Inquiry and Support Records: Retained for 1 year afterthe completion of processing.
Once the retention period has expired or the purpose of collection has been achieved, the Company will destroy the personal information without delay using secure methods, as permitted and in accordance with applicable law.

We use reasonable technical, physical, and administrative security measures designedto prevent against the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, damage, or alteration of your information. We also adopt commercially reasonable security safeguards internally and with third-party service providers.
