1. SPONSOR: Tous Les Jours International Corp., 6131 Orangethorpe Avenue, Suite 501, Buena Park,California 90620 (“Sponsor”).

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: 1.    This TOUS lesJOURS x CJ CUP Ticket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on May 4, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on May 11, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT (“SweepstakesPeriod”). Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period will be void. Sponsor is the officialtimekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

3. ELIGIBILITY: 1.    This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residentsof the Sate of Texas who are at least eighteen (18) years or older at the timeof entry (“Entrants”). This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Sponsor’s respective affiliatesand parents, and such employees, officers, and directors’ immediate familymembers and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible toparticipate in or win the Sweepstakes.All applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations applywith respect to eligibility. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to theseOfficial Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in allmatters related to this Sweepstakes.Awarding of a Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon the selected Entrantmeeting all requirements outlined in these Official Rules and furthercontingent upon being able to attend The CJ Cup on the date assigned.

4. HOW TO ENTER: 1.    : To enterthe Sweepstakes, you must submitan entry (“Entry”) by completing all thefollowing steps: 1.    Go to one of the ParticipatingStores (as defined below); and2.    Scan the QR codeon the in-store Sweepstakes poster and complete the Sweepstakes form. Participating Stores include the following stores:

There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person. Entries generated by ascript, macro, automated programs, bots, or other automated means are void andmay be disqualified. Attempts made by the same individual to submit multipleEntries by using multiple or false contact information, or through any otherfraudulent means, may be disqualified. All informationsubmitted through the Entry must be submitted pursuant to and is subject tothese Official Rules. Further, all information submitted through the Entry andshared with, or otherwise made available to, Sponsor through the Entry ordirectly to Sponsor in connection with the prize notification process, will besubject to, and treated in a manner consistent with, Sponsor's Privacy Policyas set forth under Section 13 of these Official Rules. If you are a potentialprize winner, Sponsor may disclose personal information that you submit toSponsor to any prize supplier for purposes of prize fulfillment.

ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY – On a 3” x 5” postcard print your name,complete address, phone number, and email address.  Mail your completedentry to: TOUS les JOURS x CJ CUPTicket Sweepstakes, 6131 Orangethorpe Avenue, Suite 501, Buena Park, California 90620. All mailed entries for the Sweepstakes (individually a “Mailed Entry” andcollectively the “Mailed Entries”) must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.  Sponsorwill not accept and is not responsible for Mailed Entries that are late, lost,stolen, mutilated, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected.

5. GUIDELINES AND CONTENT RESTRICTIONS: 1.    NO PURCHASEOR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, AND PURCHASE DOES NOTIMPROVE ODDS OF WINNING. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants acknowledge that he/she/they will becomesubject to these Official Rules and agree to unconditionally accept and tocomply with and abide by such rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, ifapplicable, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Entrant agreesthat the Entry submission is gratuitous and made without restriction and willnot place the Sponsor under any obligation. The Sponsor is free to disclose theideas contained in the Entry, if applicable, on a non-confidential basis toanyone or otherwise use the ideas without any additional compensation toEntrant. By acceptance of Entrant’s submission, Entrant acknowledges that theSponsor does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previouslyknown to the Sponsor, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sourcesother than Entrant. The Sponsor reserves the right to, and may or may not,monitor/screen Entries. If an Entrant has committed or commits any act orbecomes involved in any situation or occurrence which brings the Entrant intopublic disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or which shocks, insults oroffends the people of the community or any class or group thereof or reflectsunfavorably on the Sponsor or its products/services, the Entrant may bedisqualified by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  The Entry mustfulfill all Sweepstakes requirements,as specified, to be eligible for a chance to win a Prize. Entries that are notcomplete or do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications may bedisqualified at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. If you use fraudulentmethods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Rules, your submissionmay be removed from eligibility at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.Entry to the Sweepstakes constitutesEntrant’s permission for Sponsor to use Entrant’s name, social media handle, likeness,and contact information for purposes of Sponsor’s future promotions, marketing,advertising and/or survey, without further compensation, unless prohibited bylaw. Further, by entering the Sweepstakes,you confirm and warrant that you have the required authority to grant suchpermission to Sponsor.  NOTE ABOUT MOBILE:Charges may apply (such as normal airtime, data charges and carrier charges)and may appear on Entrant’s mobile phone bill or be deducted from Entrant’sprepaid account balance.  Wirelesscarriers’ rate plans or data plans may vary, and Entrant should contactEntrant’s wireless carrier for more information on rate plans and chargesrelating to Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes. Participation in this Sweepstakes by mobile phone means that Entrant understands thatEntrant may receive additional data from Sponsor relating to this Sweepstakes, including a notificationto Entrant if Entrant is a potential winner in this Sweepstakes, which will be subject to the charges pursuant toEntrant’s carrier’s rate plan. Entrants are solely responsible for any and all suchmobile charges.  

6. PRIZE DETAILS: 1.    : Subject to the verification of eligibility andcompliance with these Official Rules, five (5) Winners(as defined hereinafter) will each be eligible to receive two (2) one-day Ground tickets to The CJ Cup inMcKinney, Texas (“Prize”) on one of the following dates as randomlyassigned to each Winner with the corresponding approximate retail value (“ARV”):May 20, 2026 (ARV of $135.00); May 21, 2026 (ARV of $186.50); May 22, 2026 (ARVof $217.40); May 23, 2026 (ARV of $217.40); or May 24, 2026 (ARV of $182.00).The ARV of all Prizes is $938.30. The ARV is determined as ofthe date of publishing these Official Rules. Any difference in the value of thePrize as stated herein and the value any time thereafter will not be awarded.Prizes are limited to one Ground ticket date per Winner. The Prizes will befulfilled on or around May 18, 2026 upon receipt of allinformation and documentation from the Winner as requested by Sponsor. You arenot guaranteed to win a Prize and your chance of winning depends on the numberof eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The specifics ofthe Prize not stated herein will be solely determined by the Sponsor. Prizesare subject to all terms and conditions generally applicable thereto. The Prizeis not transferable to others except with Sponsor’s prior written consent atits sole discretion, and no substitutions or requests for the cash equivalentby any Winner are permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner’sname, likeness, and Entry for purposes of advertising and trade without furthernotice, compensation, or consent, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reservesthe right to substitute the Prize of equal or greater value. Each Winner isresponsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize. EachWinner is solely responsible for all fees and expenses including, but notlimited to taxes, fees, gratuities, insurance, incidentals, accommodations, andtransportation arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of thePrize.

7. SWEEPSTAKES LIMITS: There is a limit of one(1) Entry per person, regardless of the method of entry, and one (1) Prize per person. If it is discovered that any person has attemptedto: (i) obtain more than one (1) Prize, and/or (ii) use (or attempt to use)multiple names or identities; then, (in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion)he/she/they may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.All Entrants are subject to verification for compliance with these Official Rulesand the age requirement. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolutediscretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a formacceptable to Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photoidentification) and/or proof of compliance (in a form acceptable to Sponsor)with these Official Rules to participate in this Sweepstakes or receive a Prize. Failure to provide such proof tothe satisfaction of Sponsor and/or failure to follow the instruction,procedures and/or these Official Rules may result in disqualification.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:1.    Five (5) Entrants (“Winner(s)”)will be randomly selected upon submission of an eligible Entry. EligibleEntries must meet the criteria set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor willcontact the Winners on or around May 13, 2026 via email tothe email address provided in the Entry (“Winner Notification”).Winners by mail-in entries will be notified by email at the email addresssubmitted in the mail-in entry. Each Winner will be provided instructions in theWinner Notification to respond to Sponsor with their full name, contact number,mailing address and all required information and documentation within 48 hours fromthe time and date of such Winner Notification or Winner may be disqualified andthe Prize forfeited or an alternate Winner selected.  In the event a potentialWinner is determined to be ineligible, or if he/she/they cannot or does notcomply with these Official Rules, the potential Winner may be disqualified, andan alternate winner may be selected or the Prize forfeited. Sponsor is under noobligation to select an alternate Winner. Sponsor’s decisions as to theadministration and operation of this Sweepstakesand the selection of the qualified Winner are final and binding in all mattersrelated to this Sweepstakes. 

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:  1.    Each Winner is solely responsiblefor all taxes as it relates to his/her/their Prize, including applicable salesand income taxes. Prizes are subject to applicable third-party terms and conditions.The Winner will be emailed a Prize Affidavit & Release (collectively, “Release”),which he/she/they may be required to execute and return along with a copy of avalid photo identification (i.e., driver’s license, passport) before receiving his/her/theirPrize. If any Winner fails or refuses to sign and return all requested items,including the Release, prior to receiving the Prize, the Winner may bedisqualified. This Sweepstakes andthese Official Rules may not be published elsewhere without prior writtenpermission from Sponsor.  Except where prohibited by law,by accepting the Prize, the Winner grants Sponsor and its respective partners,licensees, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns,related companies and successors, and all of their respective officers,directors, employees, representatives, attorneys and agents (collectively, the“Sponsor Entities”), the universal and perpetual right andlicense to use, exploit, print, publish, reproduce, display, distribute andbroadcast, and to grant others the right and license to use, exploit, print,publish, reproduce, display, distribute and broadcast the Winner’s name, actualor simulated likeness, photograph, image, voice, portrait, picture, personalcharacteristics, biographical information and other personal identification inany and all languages, formats, and media now known and hereafter developed, inconnection with the websites, Sweepstakesand/or any Sweepstakes-relatedactivity and any and all advertising, news, promotion, marketing, and/orpublicity thereof, including all ancillary and subsidiary rights therein,without additional consideration and/or compensation. Sponsor, in its solediscretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person who is in violation ofthese Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine thelegitimate operation of the Sweepstakesor intercept or interfere with the Sweepstakesmay be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt bemade, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person andpursue any and all remedies available to the fullest extent permitted by law.Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend or modify any Sweepstakes, game or drawing notcapable of completion as planned, including because of any causes beyond thecontrol of Sponsor.

10. DISCLAIMERS: 1.    Byparticipating, Entrants on behalf of themselves and their heirs, executors,administrators, successors and assigns hereby knowingly and voluntarilyrelease, discharge, waive and relinquish, and agree that they will not assertor maintain against the Sponsor Entities, those involved in the development,production (including Prize suppliers, contractors, service providers),implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes, all participating merchants and their designated agents and anyother person or entity associated with such entities and/or this Sweepstakes, and any of their respective officers,directors, employees, representatives, attorneys, or agents (collectively, “Indemnitees”),any claim, action, suit or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, whetherknown or unknown now or in the future, directly or indirectly, in whole or inpart, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or their acceptance, possession, use ormisuse of any prize in any way (including any tax liabilities).  Entrants hereby further agree that Indemniteesare not responsible or liable for, and that Entrants will indemnify, defend,release, and hold Indemnitees harmless from and against, any and all claims,liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses (including, withoutlimitation, reasonable attorney’s fees) of any nature whatsoever whether knownor unknown now or in the future, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part,arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or their acceptance, possession, use ormisuse of any prize in any way (including any tax liabilities). Entrants herebyacknowledge that they may hereafter discover facts different from or inaddition to those which they now know or believe to be true and agree that thisrelease will remain effective notwithstanding. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Entrants hereby expressly and knowingly waive andrelinquish any and all rights Entrants have or might have relating to this Sweepstakes and Prize underCalifornia Civil Code § 1542 (and under any and all other statutes or commonlaw principles of similar effect) which reads as follows:  “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THECREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HERFAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER,WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR ORRELEASED PARTY.” Entrants agree that any dispute, claim or lawsuit, regardless of form,that may arise out of or related to the Sweepstakes, must be filed within one(1) year of the action, omission, event or occurrence giving rise to thedispute, claim(s) or lawsuit. After the expiration of the one-year period, suchdispute, claim(s) or lawsuit will be time-barred and prohibited, without regardto any longer period of time which may be provided by any period of limitationor pursuant to law or statute. Without limiting the foregoing,everything regarding this Sweepstakes,including all Prizes, are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, eitherexpress or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties ofmerchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Each Winneracknowledges that, with respect to any claim by a Winner relating to or arisingout of Sponsor’s actual or alleged exploitation or use of any Sweepstakes entry or other materialsubmitted in connection with the Sweepstakes,the damage, if any, thereby caused to the applicable Winner will not beirreparable or otherwise sufficient to entitle such winner to seek injunctiveor other equitable relief or in any way enjoin the production, distribution,exhibition or other exploitation of the SweepstakesEntry or any other production based on or allegedly based on the Sweepstakes Entry, and the Winner’srights and remedies in any such event shall be strictly limited to the right torecover damages, if any, in an action at law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: 1.    BY ENTERINGTHIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTAGREES THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY AND ALLDISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTSINCURRED NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE. ENTRANTS HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVESALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES,LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGESMULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

12. GOVERNING LAW: 1.    Except to theextent preempted by federal or other applicable state law, this Sweepstakes shall be governed by thelaws of the State of Texas (without giving effect to any conflict of lawprovisions thereof). By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that any and all disputes whichcannot be resolved between Entrant and Sponsor, and causes of action arisingout of or connected with this promotion, shall be resolved individually,without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court locatedin the City of Los Angeles, California having competent jurisdiction, whichCourt shall apply the laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to anyconflict of law provisions thereof. Except to the extent preempted by federal or other applicable state law, this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California (without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof). By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between Entrant and Sponsor, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the City of Los Angeles, California having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof.

13. PRIVACY POLICY: 1.    By entering this Sweepstakes, you expressly agree to receive promotional communications from Sponsor.Any personal information of an Entrant collected by any Sponsor duringthe Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor forpurposes of the administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as describedin these Official Rules or as otherwise permitted and in accordance withSponsor’s Privacy Notice, available at www.tljus.com/privacy-policy.

14. LIST OF WINNERS:1.    For a copy ofthese Official Rules or the name of the Winner, mail a self-addressed, stampedenvelope to: Tous Les Jours International Corp., “TOUS les JOURS x CJ CUP Ticket Sweepstakes – Winner’sList,” 6131 Orangethorpe Avenue, Suite 501, Buena Park, California 90620.
