The initial fee is $40,000.
While the initial franchise fee is $40,000, each location is different and the initial investment varies depending on bakery/café size, built-out costs, market etc. If you’re opening a TOUS les JOURS franchise, costs will range from $718,230 - $938,894.
There is a 5% royalty and 2% marketing fee on gross sales (less sales tax); however, 2% of the marketing fee is not active at this moment. We currently do not plan to start collecting marketing fees from our bakery franchise owners.
